You can pay for goods purchased in the online store autent.lt in the following ways:

Electronic banking – using the services of Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas . Payments are possible in euros. Payments are processed through the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform

By bank transfer – we will send the goods within 2-3 business days after the funds are credited to our account*.

PRESENTATION

We deliver goods ordered in the online store autent.lt throughout Lithuania (we do not send parcels abroad). Delivery is carried out within 2–3 business days after payment (the day of the order is not included).

DPD courier

  • Shipments are delivered within 2-3 business days .
  • Delivery is not available on weekends and holidays.
  • Delivery cost – 5 EUR if the order amount is less than 100 EUR .
  • For orders over 100 Eur , delivery is free .

DPD delivery

We will deliver the parcel to any address of your choice: your workplace, home, or another convenient location. When ordering delivery, please specify:

  • the exact delivery address (it may differ from the Buyer’s address);
  • mobile phone number;
  • desired delivery time (if the address is in one of the 10 largest cities in Lithuania);
  • other important circumstances that may affect delivery (e.g. coded doors, security, etc.)

Bulky goods

  • Oversized goods are considered to be goods whose dimensions, weight or specifications exceed the restrictions applied by standard courier services (e.g. furniture, equipment, large structures, etc.).
  • Delivery of oversized goods to the address specified by the Buyer is not provided.
  • The Buyer must collect such goods himself or through an authorized person from the UAB “BFC Kosmetika” warehouse in Vilnius.

Parcels to the Curonian Spit are sent by parcel machine.

Terms of purchase and sale. Warranty service conditions

  1. Online purchase confirmation

The Buyer, by placing and paying for an order on the website or by purchasing
the goods on site, confirms that he has read this document: Purchase-Sale and
warranty service conditions, and undertakes to comply with them.

  1. Transfer and delivery of goods
  2. Goods ordered by the buyer, whether purchased online or locally, are delivered by
    seller’s warehouse in Vilnius.
  3. The buyer organizes the collection of the goods from the warehouse himself.
  4. The Seller is not responsible for the costs or risks of taking the goods from the warehouse from the moment
    when the goods are transferred to the buyer.
  5. The parties may agree on a different delivery, but such cases must be confirmed.

  6. Warranty period

The device is guaranteed for 24 months from the date of transfer to the buyer, if the parties agree in writing
do not agree otherwise.
The warranty applies only to manufacturing or structural defects that occur during use.

  1. Fault logging

Upon noticing a device malfunction, the buyer must inform the seller in writing and provide:

 photos or video (if possible)

The seller has the right to organize device diagnostics himself or through an authorized service or
manufacturer’s representative.

  1. Transportation conditions

In case of warranty service:
 The delivery of the device to the location specified by the seller, service center or manufacturer is organized and
shall be paid by the buyer, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
 The costs of transporting the device from the service center or manufacturer back to the buyer are also
paid by the buyer, unless the seller specifies otherwise in writing.
 In individual cases, the seller may, at its discretion and on the basis of good faith, cover part of the
transportation costs. Such decisions do not create a precedent and do not oblige the seller
in the future.
 The buyer must ensure proper packaging of the device for transportation.

  1. Cases where the warranty does not apply

The warranty does not apply if the fault is determined to be due to:
 improper use or use not in accordance with the instructions
 mechanical damage
 improper transportation or storage
 unauthorized dismantling or repair of the device
 power grid failures or improper voltage
 natural wear and tear of parts

In such cases, the costs of diagnostics and repairs are borne by the buyer.

  1. Device replacement

If a manufacturing defect is detected, the seller, at its option:
 eliminates the fault,
 replaces the device with a new or equivalent device,
 or propose another equivalent solution.

  1. Limitation of liability

 Warranty service applies only to the device itself and does not cover indirect
losses or operational disruptions resulting from equipment failure.
 The seller is not responsible for transportation, installation, dismantling or other
additional costs related to the warranty service of the device, if in writing
unless otherwise agreed.
 The seller has the right to decide at its discretion whether the device will be repaired,
replaced by an equivalent device, or another solution is applied, taking into account
the nature of the failure identified.
